Candor TechSpace in Noida's bustling business district stands as a testament to modern corporate architecture and thoughtful urban planning. Developed by Brookfield Properties, this expansive campus offers premium office spaces in a vibrant, campus-style environment. Designed by the acclaimed RSP Design Consultants (India) Pvt. Ltd. in collaboration with internationally renowned architect Ricardo Bofill Taller De Arquitectura (RBTA), the project combines functionality, aesthetics and a strong sense of place. Conveniently positioned with seamless access to key transport routes, the campus captivates with its striking lobbies and thoughtfully designed communal areas that enhance the overall workplace experience.

A project of this scale demanded a facade solution that could capture the architectural intent while delivering long-term performance. ALUCOBOND®, with its global reputation for quality, was the natural choice. The selection of the Gold Metallic 601 shade brought a rich, lustrous vibrancy to the exterior, perfectly complementing the grandeur of the development. The golden hue, symbolic of prosperity and pride, lends an added resonance to the overall design, evoking a sense of prestige and timeless elegance.

However, achieving this striking finish was not without challenges. The architects envisioned seamless, large-scale facade panels with a flawless metallic sheen, which required absolute precision in manufacturing and installation. Maintaining colour consistency across different batches was critical, given the expansive surface area and the reflective nature of the metallic finish. Additionally, the facade design incorporated complex geometries and junctions that demanded meticulous fabrication to preserve both aesthetics and structural integrity.

ALUCOBOND® rose to the occasion by leveraging its advanced PVDF coil coating, applied in accordance with the American Architectural Manufacturers Association 2605 (AAMA) performance specifications, ensuring exceptional UV resistance and long-term colour retention. Close coordination with the fabricator, KSV Infra and Ahluwalia Contracts Ltd., ensured that each panel met exact specifications. Rigorous quality checks at every stage-from production to on-site installation-guaranteed the uniform, gleaming gold finish that the design demanded. The facade solution was manufactured in India, echoing the vision of the Make in India movement by showcasing the nation's capability to deliver world-class quality with indigenous expertise.
